• All customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase liquor products in Alberta.
   
• By accessing this website or making a purchase, you confirm you are of legal drinking age.
   

• Wholesale purchases are available only to licensed establishments (bars, restaurants, retailers, etc.) with a valid AGLC licence.
   
• Retail sales are for personal use only and cannot be resold without a licence.
   

• We reserve the right to request government-issued photo ID for proof of age and/or business licence verification.
   
• Orders may be refused or cancelled if verification is not provided.
   

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable GST and Alberta liquor taxes.
   
• We reserve the right to change prices or promotions without notice.
   
• Payment must be completed at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon for wholesale accounts.
   

• Delivery is available in accordance with AGLC regulations and local laws.
   
• Orders must be received by an adult (18+) with valid ID at the time of delivery.
   
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery or pickup.
   

• Due to Alberta liquor regulations, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
   
• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
   

• We encourage customers to consume alcohol responsibly.
   
• We do not support overconsumption or resale to minors.
   

• We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses related to the use or misuse of our products.
   
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
   

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
   
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
