At Kegs Unlimited, we’re here to make getting your favorite wine, beer, and spirits easy and convenient—while following Alberta’s liquor laws.

• Where We Deliver: Edmonton and surrounding communities (St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Spruce Grove, etc.).
   
• Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery: Available based on order time and availability.
   
• Delivery Fees: Starting from $10–$20 depending on your area.
   
• Free Delivery: Retail orders over $200 (before tax and deposit) qualify for free delivery.
   
• Wholesale & Bulk Orders: Require advance scheduling.
   

• We only ship within Edmonton and nearby communities where licensed carriers are available.
   
• Delivery timelines: 1–3 business days depending on location.
   
• Tracking details provided where available.
   
• Note: We do not ship outside Edmonton and surrounding areas.
   

• Place your order online or by phone.
   
• Available during regular business hours.
   
• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
   
• Orders are held for 48 hours. After that, they may be cancelled and restocking fees may apply.
   

• You must be 18+ to buy or receive liquor in Alberta.
   
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all pickups and deliveries.
   
• Orders will not be released to minors, intoxicated persons, or anyone without proper ID.
   

• Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding holidays).
   
• Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off: [Insert Time, e.g., 2:00 PM].
   
• Wholesale orders: Must be placed by the agreed cut-off time for scheduled delivery.
   

• Please check your order when it arrives.
   
• Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours.
   
• All liquor sales are final—returns or exchanges are not allowed unless we made an error.
   

Orders may be cancelled or returned if:

• The recipient cannot provide valid ID.
   
• The recipient is intoxicated or underage.
   
• The delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible.
   

A restocking fee and re-delivery charges may apply.

• Minimum order quantities apply.
   
• Deliveries are scheduled in advance.
   
• Large orders may require a suitable receiving area (e.g., a loading dock).
